The variety in weight of the products we deliver is relatively large. Amethist Pers therefore charges shipping costs as much as possible on the basis of fixed rates based on weight.
The weight units of all items are therefore stated on the basis of which the shipping costs are determined.
The shipping costs are included in the order and visible in the shopping cart before payment. The customer always knows the amount of the shipping costs before paying.
If the order consists of products with different VAT rates of 9% and 21%, the 21% rate applies for the shipping costs.
